All Niggli products have a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.
To request the exchange of defective products, the customer must send a photo of the Invoice and the defect presented in the product to our WhatsApp, at the number (12) 9.9652-2194. It is essential that there are no signs of misuse, following the rules of the Consumer Defense Code.
The defective product will be analyzed by our technicians. If the defect is confirmed, we will send a new product that is the same or similar to the one purchased.
Product replacement will be refused if incorrect use by the customer is found or if the product is outside the legal warranty period of 90 days.
