Exchanges and Returns

 1. Product Returns:

  • We accept returns of unused products, without scratches or stains.
  • The deadline for returns is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • The return will not incur any additional cost for the customer.


2. Product Exchanges:

  • Exchanges can be requested within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the product.
  • Products must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.


3. Return and Exchange Process:

  • To initiate the return or exchange process, please contact us through our customer service.
  • You will need to present proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) to verify eligibility for the return or exchange.
  • After approval, we will provide instructions for sending the product back to our center.


4. Refund:

  • The refund will be processed after receiving and verifying the condition of the returned product.
  • The amount will be refunded in the same way as the original payment (credit card, bank transfer, Pix, etc.), depending on the option chosen at the time of purchase.


5. Exceptions:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of personalized or custom-made products unless they have manufacturing defects.
